The home is positioned within the Serra da Mantiqueira, within the metropolis of Amparo, Sao Paulo.
The character of the location, with steep incline and privileged view we selected to design the residence in direction of the formation of a platform, with a public and huge dimension.
Within the shaded space, which options the lounge, eating room, kitchen and laundry space, a lot of it’s glazed permitting, this manner, the complete visibility of the exterior surroundings.
At evening, town lights softly illuminate the ambients.
The decrease quantity homes the intimate use areas reminiscent of bedrooms, loos, TV room and workplace. This group of this system and areas was chosen as a result of it supplies better intimacy to the rooms, oriented to the east and closed by the retaining wall to the other facet.
Protection serves ground to the second ground, making a doable flat house for use by the locals as leisure house. The constructing system is all strengthened concrete solid on website.
