The modern, virtually minimalistically easy idea of the buildings is a freestyle transcription of the standard morphology of the unique structure of Jeseniky. The traditional gable roof completes the essential mass on the oblong foundations. Each buildings are fully clad with a typical materials of native origin – larch shingles in pure design.

The loggias kind a distinction to the „gentle“, unplaned larch cladding of the primary mass of the home, which can darken over time. The crystalline shine of the colored glass mosaic, along with the strictly sq. home windows of the identical body color, outline the character of the buildings.

The residential elements are designed as sand-lime brick partitions with bolstered concrete monolithic ceilings, and the roof is a picket gable development. The constructing stands on strip basis.

The design depends on conventional supplies – the picket cladding of larch shingles from the native forest, which is a free paraphrase of the facades of native barns, and gabels of residential buildings. Colored loggias are set in distinction to the naturally greying cladding, including a vibrant accent and vibrancy to the buildings.

The constructing has been designed to be as self-sufficient as potential in respect of the mountain setting – the one provided utility is energy. Heating relies on a floor–water warmth pump, widespread areas are outfitted with air recuperation, water comes from its personal properly with water-supplying gear, and wastewater shall be disposed to a home sewage therapy plant with cleaned water absorption to the bottom.
